Randy Hawkins is the Owner of the company. He has several years of experience in this type of work. Randy worked for Chase Bag Company for five years as plastics production manager before starting his own business. He worked on the road several years building his business before he came home to run his company. If you need a quote fast, Randy is the man to see. Randy's main goal is Customer Satisfaction which leads to repeat business with people you trust.

Clark Hickam is the Operations Manager at Starko. He has worked on the road as supervisor for 8 years prior to becoming operations manager. Here at Starko I take care of Quality Control, Safety Inspection, Customer Relations, and Purchasing. My years of working on the road has helped me in my job of understanding what the customer's needs are, and seeing that their needs are fulfilled.

Lynda Carey is in charge of Accounts Payables and she has many years of experience in this field. At any given time we might have as many as five jobs going at the same time. Each week she has to make sure that all of our employees payroll is balanced and cost accounted to each job.
